ICBA Chairman and Honorary Consul of Italy in Phnom Penh
Mr. Flacco relocated to Phnom Penh after three years spent in Thailand, as a representative in Cambodia and South East Asia of exclusive Italian brands in the luxury furniture and automation sector.
In 2017, Mr. Flacco founded the national chapter of the Italian-Cambodian Business Association (ICBA),along with a group of fellow Italian entrepreneurs and with the cooperation of Eurocham Cambodia. The aim of ICBA was to operate as non-profit business association and to create commercial and cultural exchanges between Italy and Cambodia. Since 2018, he is covering the role of ICBA President. In June 2020, Mr Flacco was also appointed Honorary Consul of Italy in Phnom Penh.

Luisa Gentile is an Advisor at the ICBA and the creative mind behind Italy in Cambodia project.
Luisa says “Being an Italian who has lived and worked abroad for twenty years, I have always been proud of the excellence of the Italians in the world and our ability to innovate without losing sight of tradition. Italy in Cambodia idea was created by the willingness to put first-time under the same umbrella all the genuinely Italian available in the country and to give trusted Italians businesses and professionals in Cambodia an immediate response to this unprecedented global economic crises”.
Since her arrival in Cambodia in 2015, Luisa has funded Professionals Doing Good, a social enterprise whose aim is to build capacity of ethical organizations by connecting them with long term qualified skilled volunteers worldwide. She has served pro-bono as board member and mentor for executives to several charitable organizations in Cambodia.
Luisa has 25 years experience in multinational telecommunications companies, nonprofit and higher education organizations in Europe and Middle East, with managerial roles in Corporate Social Responsibility, People & Change Management and Customer Relationship Management.
