The Italian Marco Pignotta , a talented and masterful Mixologist, has relocated to Cambodia in 2018. He is currently working as Mixologist and Operations Manager at Les Cocktails Restaurant & Lounge in Aeon Mall Sen Sok City in Phnom Penh.
With over 14 experience in the Food & Beverage industry, Marco has a passion for combining elixirs and creating extraordinary cocktails, bespoke serves, and concept creation.
Prior to Cambodia, Marco has worked as Head Mixologist at the Marriot Hotels in the Cayman Islands and Bar Manager at the Grand Park Hotel Orchard in Singapore.
Marco is A.N.P.A. (Italian National Academy Professions Hotel) and A.I.B.E.S. (Bar and Entertainment Italian Association) certified.
