Cecilia is originally from Florence and has moved to Phnom Penh in 2021.
She has eight years of experience in marketing and communication, both in the business and not-for-profit sectors. Cecilia is particularly passionate about empowering women, and since her arrival in Cambodia, she has focused on projects supporting young female entrepreneurs in Cambodia.
Before Cambodia, Cecilia worked as a marketing specialist for Gruppo Mondadori in Milan, and before that, she worked as a fundraising and direct marketing specialist for Atlantis company and AISM.
Cecilia owns a BA at the Faculty of Oriental Languages at Ca’Foscari, a Degree in Middle-Eastern languages at the University of Bologna, and a MA in non-profit organization management at Bocconi University in Milan.
