Resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, determination, and resilience, together with a solid professional background, seem to be the ideal recipe for an international career path, according to Francesca Andreini, Ginevra Boatto, Monica Costa, Zoe Caselli Carocci, and Cecilia Cotugno: 5 experienced Italian professionals in the field of Communication, Marketing and Cultural Heritage. They shared their working and living abroad stories in the “Italian Women in Cambodia Webinar.”
The event was organized on April 2022 by Luisa Gentile, founder of the independent group “Italian Professional Women in Cambodia,” Marta Capitanio, ICBA Comms Manager, in collaboration with Mattia Rappa, Career service advisor and Community Manager at the IULM University, with the patronage of the Italian Cambodian Business Association (ICBA) and the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Cambodia.
The Webinar was created to share the challenges and opportunities of working and living abroad and inspire young female students to pursue an international career.
